Основой российского антимонопольного законодательства является Федеральный закон от 26.07.2006 N 135-ФЗ (ред. от 04.06.2014) «О защите конкуренции» (26 июля 2006 г.).
Закон содержит ограничения свободы предпринимательской деятельности и свободы договора для хозяйствующих субъектов, которые занимают доминирующее положение. Наличие последнего устанавливается на основе определения доли компании в общих продажах на рынке или определения совокупной доли, которую занимают на рынке несколько крупнейших (в смысле объема продаж) компаний.
Таким субъектам при некоторых исключениях запрещается:
1) установление, поддержание монопольно высокой или монопольно низкой цены товара;
2) изъятие товара из обращения, если результатом такого изъятия явилось повышение цены товара;
3) навязывание контрагенту условий договора, невыгодных для него или не относящихся к предмету договора;
4) экономически или технологически не обоснованные сокращение или прекращение производства товара, если на этот товар имеется спрос или размещены заказы на его поставки при наличии возможности его рентабельного производства;
5) экономически или технологически не обоснованные отказ либо уклонение от заключения договора с отдельными покупателями (заказчиками) в случае наличия возможности производства или поставок соответствующего товара;
6) экономически, технологически и иным образом не обоснованное установление различных цен (тарифов) на один и тот же товар, если иное не установлено федеральным законом;
7) установление финансовой организацией необоснованно высокой или необоснованно низкой цены финансовой услуги;
8) создание дискриминационных условий;
9) создание препятствий доступу на товарный рынок или выходу из товарного рынка другим хозяйствующим субъектам;
10) нарушение установленного нормативными правовыми актами порядка ценообразования.
Наряду с этим федеральный закон «О защите конкуренции» вводит контроль за слияниями организаций, продажей и покупкой крупных пакетов акций компаний, а также запрет на согласование цен между хозяйствующими субъектами, раздел рынка и некоторые другие практики.

Я на том же мтс за 650 рублей имею 2 гб трафика в месяц и с 1 часу до 7 имею инет от 8 до 15 мегабит. Я пожалуй останусь на мтс. А пинг ссать на него, я не играю в эти ваши игрушки.

Никто и не говорит о 100 мегабитах в секунду за 3килорубля. Максимальную скорость могут и 10 мегабит сделать, а сотку предоставить фсб, например. Ну, это лично мое мнение, я никаких выводов не делаю, тем более информация непроверенная.
При выборе цены за мегабиты, они скорее всего ориентировались на палтус
Ну, посмотрим. Пока такая только инфа, другой информации не поступало. В принципе, я такой ценник и ожидал за такие мегабиты. Уж очень сказочно 100 мегабит за 3килорубля. Будем ждать официальный ценник.
РТК не предоставляет 100 Мбит интернет, максимальный 50 Мбит. «Сотку» предоставляют сторонние провайдеры, типо стрела-телеком и т.д., но ценник как раз район ~3000 руб
У товарища в хаабре от какой-то местной ноунейм компани стоит инет за 850 рублей и имеет 50 мбит днем и все 100 ночью

Cold Darkness Awakened
Decommissioned during the Cold War, a dormant weapons research base has been breached, unleashing a mysterious affliction into the Siberian wilderness that transforms men into blood-thirsty, mindless killers. Lara must overcome increasingly dangerous waves of these infected adversaries while scavenging their equipment and crafting additional gear on the fly, in kill or be killed survival-combat. Fight for your life against new enemies and complete new challenges, while discovering a way to stop or perhaps even reverse this impending catastrophe. Includes the Ushanka outfit which reduces Lara’s damage from melee attacks, the devastating Voidhammer shotgun, and the Cold Darkness Awakened Card Pack which includes over 15 new Expedition Cards.
Cold Darkness Awakened will be available to Season Pass holders as well as for individual purchase at 9:00am PDT.

Fixed an issue in the Byzantine Bath House that occasionally prevented Lara from interacting with the crank on the raft.
Fixed an issue in the Byzantine Bath House where the raft physics could become erratic and break the puzzle.
Fixed several issues with the basecamp after completing Baba Yaga that could prevent players from accessing outfits or fast travel until the checkpoint was reloaded.
Added chance to loot Deer Antlers from resource chests in Endurance.
Minor Gameplay fixes
Prevented achievement progress for ‘Season of the Witch’ and ‘Complete History of Witchcraft’ from being obtained in Replay Mode.
Prevented Survival Caches obtained in Replay Mode from counting towards ‘The Witch Bottles’ achievement.
Added a default Gold Star for Baba Yaga in Score Attack mode after completing it.
Disabled ability to select the ‘Cocktail Party’ challenge in the Witch’s Cave in Baba Yaga.
Fixed appearance of the Wraithskin and Valiant Explorer outfits in some core campaign cinematics.
Prevented Lanterns in the Ropeworks from counting twice in Score Attack mode.
Added cosmetic improvements to the final cinematic in Baba Yaga.
Additional miscellaneous fixes to Baba Yaga and Endurance mode traversal.
Some improvements to stereoscopic 3D rendering.
A variety of other smaller optimizations, bug-fixes, and tweaks.

Fixed motion blur problems in Stereoscopic 3D mode.
A variety of other smaller optimizations, bug-fixes, and tweaks.
While we expect this patch to be an improvement for everyone, if you do have trouble with this patch and prefer to stay on the old version we made a Beta available on Steam, Build 629.1, that can be used to switch back to the previous version.

Задача 2. У меня несколько специфичное решение этой задачи. :)
Первый выкручивает лампочку, сует два пальца в патрон, включает свет, разряд тока убивает его. И так еще 98 раз. Сотый говорит, что все были в карцере, потому что рипнулись, его отпускают, как и других зеков, правда они уже мертвые, но свободные.
